From 6 AM to 11 PM on July 25th and from 6 AM to 2:30 PM on July 26th, all vehicles (except those with protective markings and vehicles serving the state funeral) are prohibited from traveling on the following roads: Tăng Bạt Hổ, Phạm Đình Hổ (from Lò Đúc to Tăng Bạt Hổ), Nguyễn Công Trứ (from Lò Đúc to Trần Thánh Tông), Yec-Xanh, Trần Thánh Tông, Nguyễn Huy Tự, Lê Quý Đôn (from Nguyễn Cao to Yec-Xanh), Nguyễn Cao (from Lê Quý Đôn to Nguyễn Huy Tự), Hàng Chuối (from Hàn Thuyên to Nguyễn Công Trứ), and Trần Khánh Dư (from Trần Hưng Đạo to Lê Quý Đôn).
From 2 PM to 6 PM on July 26th, all vehicles are prohibited from traveling on Hồ Tùng Mậu (from Lê Đức Thọ to Nguyễn Cơ Thạch).
From 6 AM to 11 PM on July 25th and from 6 AM to 2 PM on July 26th, all trucks with a cargo capacity of 500 kg or more and passenger vehicles with 29 seats or more (except buses, garbage trucks, emergency vehicles, vehicles with protective markings, and vehicles serving the state funeral) are temporarily prohibited, and personal cars and motorbikes are restricted, on the following roads: Lý Thường Kiệt, Trần Hưng Đạo, Hai Bà Trưng, Lê Thánh Tông, Lò Đúc, Nguyễn Công Trứ (from Lò Đúc to Phố Huế), Trần Khánh Dư, Đê Nguyễn Khoái, Đê 401, Ngô Thì Nhậm, Lê Thánh Tông.
From 1:30 PM to 3 PM on July 26th, all trucks with a cargo capacity of 500 kg or more and passenger vehicles with 29 seats or more (except buses, garbage trucks, emergency vehicles, vehicles with protective markings, and vehicles serving the state funeral) are temporarily prohibited.
Personal cars and motorbikes are restricted, and all vehicles are completely prohibited according to the instructions of the functional forces on the following roads: Trần Thánh Tông, Lê Thánh Tông, Tràng Tiền, Hàng Khay, Tràng Thi, Điện Biên Phủ (from Cửa Nam to Trần Phú), Trần Phú, Sơn Tây (from Trần Phú to Kim Mã), Kim Mã, Đào Tấn (from Kim Mã to Liễu Giai), Liễu Giai (from Đào Tấn to Kim Mã), Nguyễn Chí Thanh, Trần Duy Hưng, the service road of Đại lộ Thăng Long (from Phạm Hùng to Lê Quang Đạo), Lê Quang Đạo, Lê Đức Thọ, Hồ Tùng Mậu (from Trần Vỹ to Nguyễn Cơ Thạch).
From 3:30 PM to 8 PM on July 26th, trucks with a cargo capacity of 500 kg or more and passenger vehicles with 29 seats or more (except buses, garbage trucks, emergency vehicles, vehicles with protective markings, and vehicles serving the state funeral) are restricted on the following roads: Hồ Tùng Mậu (from Nguyễn Cơ Thạch to Phạm Hùng), Xuân Thủy, Cầu Giấy (from Trần Thái Tông to Trần Đăng Ninh), Trần Đăng Ninh (from Cầu Giấy to Nguyễn Khánh Toàn), Nguyễn Khánh Toàn, Đào Tấn, Kim Mã, Nguyễn Thái Học, Lê Duẩn (from Nguyễn Thái Học to Nguyễn Thượng Hiền), Nguyễn Thượng Hiền, Yết Kiêu (from Nguyễn Thượng Hiền to Thiền Quang), Thiền Quang.
