Donald Trump công bố tạm hoãn áp thuế trong 90 ngày đối với hầu hết các quốc gia, ngoại trừ Trung Quốc – nước mà ông đã nâng mức thuế lên 125% vào hôm qua 09/04/2025.
Sau nhiều ngày khẳng định sẽ kiên định với chiến lược thương mại cứng rắn của mình, Tổng thống Trump đã bất ngờ tuyên bố rằng tất cả các quốc gia chưa có động thái trả đũa thuế đối với Hoa Kỳ sẽ được tạm hoãn áp thuế — và chỉ phải chịu mức thuế đồng loạt 10% từ phía Mỹ cho đến tháng 7.
