The annual BCI Asia Awards ceremony is organized in 7 countries and territories in Asia, including Hong Kong (China), Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, and Vietnam. The BCI Asia Awards aim to encourage the creation of sustainable and socially responsible architectural and construction projects.

2024 marks the 19th year that BCI Central has recognized the leading entities in the Architecture and Construction industry. The BCI Asia Awards are considered one of the most prestigious awards in the Construction sector in the region. Furthermore, this event is also seen as a networking platform domestically and internationally among investors, architectural firms, contractors, manufacturers, and service providers in the construction industry.

BCI Asia Top 10 Investors and Top 10 Architectural Companies 2024 are evaluated and recognized based on the total installation value of projects in the design phase (architectural firms) and construction phase (investor companies) over the past year, combined with the sustainability quotient for projects certified as "Green and Sustainable". Additionally, the criteria for selecting the Top 10 Architectural Companies are also based on projects in the pre-bidding phase to acknowledge early-stage "Green" design efforts.

Additionally, at the BCI Asia Awards 2024 event, BCI Central also combines awarding the international architectural prize FuturArc Prize (FAP) 2024 and the international interior design award BCI Interior Design Awards (IDA) 2024.

For the FAP 2024 award category, Vietnam has a total of 3 projects awarded with Encouragement prizes.

Especially, for the first time, Vietnam has won both first prizes in 2 categories of the IDA 2024 award. These are in the Residential category, with one project winning the First Prize and one project winning the Third Prize. In the Commercial category, one project has won the First Prize and another project has won the Second Prize.
