From September 9–11, 2026, the Vietnam Exhibition Center (VEC) in Dong Anh, Hanoi will become a major meeting point for exhibitions, conferences, and B2B activities spanning industry, manufacturing, automotive, energy, high technology, and factory solutions.
As part of this program, Cross Connect Club, in collaboration with the event organizer and Manufacturing.com.vn, is offering a special opportunity exclusively to its network of partners and members: 108 m² of exhibition space in Hall 3.
Under this collaboration program, the exhibition space is provided free of charge.
Participating companies will be responsible for the design, construction, and operation of their own booths.
The appeal of this opportunity goes beyond the exhibition space itself.
During the same period and within the same exhibition complex at VEC, the latest floor plans already show the participation of numerous major brands and a wide range of Vietnamese and international industrial companies.
In the automotive, vehicle, and industrial equipment segment, participating names include:
VinFast, BYD, ISUZU, Haval, OMODA & JAECOO, HATICO, Hai Au – Industrial Forklifts, RTV – Industrial Vehicles, Roboworld, and many others.

Among the larger booths shown on the current floor plans, VinFast occupies approximately 324 m², BYD around 288 m², ISUZU around 252 m², HATICO around 243 m², Haval around 180 m², and OMODA & JAECOO around 180 m².
In the technology, energy, automation, electrical and electronics, and industrial solutions segments, the list expands considerably, with names shown on the layout including:

Hall 4 alone features a broad ecosystem spanning batteries, energy storage, EVs, charging infrastructure, renewable energy, automation, electronics, semiconductors, UAVs, smart technology, and digital infrastructure.
The latest Hall 4 layout also shows a large number of companies operating in battery, new energy, machinery, electronics, automation, and high-tech sectors.

The floor plans we have received currently show more than 100 company and brand names, excluding the full range of activities and organizations appearing in other areas of the same event complex.
This is not a standalone exhibition.
Over the three days from September 9–11, multiple industrial events will take place simultaneously at VEC, organized by different organizations, creating a relatively diverse ecosystem of business visitors and participating companies.
Compared with the original plan, this year’s event footprint has become more focused, with the main activities currently concentrated in Halls 1, 2, 3, 4, and 8, as well as the main lobby area for opening ceremonies, conferences, and panel discussions.
Hall 4 currently includes programs related to high technology, the digital economy, clean energy, power, batteries, energy storage, and charging technology.
In addition to the exhibition areas, the floor plan also includes a Presentation Area, B2B Area, Conference Area, and dedicated networking spaces.
Cross Connect Club would particularly like to extend this opportunity to industrial parks, ready-built factory developers, and companies that directly support manufacturing operations.
The reason is straightforward.
For an industrial park, the ultimate target customers are manufacturers looking for investment locations, factory expansion opportunities, or additional production capacity.
Instead of appearing only at a real estate conference, companies have the opportunity to present their offerings directly in an environment where manufacturers and businesses from the automotive, technology, energy, equipment, and supply-chain sectors are all present.
A booth can be used to showcase:
Industrial land available for lease
Ready-built factories and ready-built warehouses
Projects seeking investors or tenants
Location and logistics connectivity
Power, water, environmental treatment infrastructure, and manufacturing utilities
Priority industries for investment attraction
Local supplier ecosystems
Policies and services supporting companies in setting up manufacturing facilities
This opportunity is also well suited to companies in machinery, automation, energy, logistics, industrial technology, and other B2B solutions whose direct customers are factories and manufacturing businesses.
Participating companies only need to take responsibility for their own booth, including:
Design
Construction and installation
Furniture and equipment
Transportation
Staffing
Marketing materials
Any specific operational requirements for the booth
As the time remaining before the opening date is relatively short, this opportunity is best suited to companies that can make decisions quickly and execute a booth setup that is streamlined, practical, and professional.
Cross Connect Club was created to facilitate practical connections between businesses and professionals operating in related sectors.
We are sharing this opportunity with organizations that can genuinely make use of the three days at VEC to meet customers, partners, and members of the industrial community.
Manufacturing.com.vn is supporting the program as a platform connecting the manufacturing and industrial ecosystem.
20,000+ visitor entries
Approximately 2,000 buyers and visitors at Director level or above
Attendees from around 40 countries
96% of surveyed visitors said they intended to attend future editions
In terms of media reach, figures from the 2025 program show that the VEC Fanpage achieved 8.6 million people reached and 123,000 engagements.
This opportunity is particularly suitable for:
Industrial parks
Ready-built factory and warehouse developers
Industrial real estate developers
Manufacturing companies
Industrial machinery and equipment providers
Automation and smart manufacturing companies
Energy and industrial energy solution providers
Logistics and supply-chain solution providers
Industrial technology companies
B2B businesses serving factories and manufacturers directly
The event will take place from September 9–11, 2026, so the time available for confirmation and preparation is limited.
Interested organizations may contact Cross Connect Club directly to receive the detailed floor plan, discuss space requirements, and be connected with the person responsible for implementation.
